   After more than 20 years of deep cultivation and development, Shanpu Stainless Steel has formed two major factory layouts: Shengshan (Shengshan Industrial East Zone) and Cixi Binhai Development Zone. Both major factories occupy advantageous geographical locations, adjacent to transportation hubs and convenient logistics transportation, providing efficient guarantees for raw material procurement and finished product exports. The upgrade and renovation of Cixi Binhai Development Zone has focused on introducing a batch of advanced stainless steel stamping, stretching, welding, and surface treatment equipment, further improving the full process processing chain, which can achieve efficient operation from product design, prototype production to mass production, especially in the production of high-precision and customized stainless steel products. It is reported that the upgraded Cixi Binhai Development Zone will mainly focus on the research and production of high-end stainless steel products such as household appliances and sanitary ware, complementing the production lines of kitchen utensils, medical equipment and other products in Shengshan factory area, effectively expanding the company's product coverage.

    At the same time, the two major factory areas achieve production resource sharing and order coordination scheduling through digital management systems, which can flexibly allocate production capacity according to customer needs, significantly shorten order delivery cycles, and enhance customer service experience. The production manager of the company introduced: "The coordinated development of dual factory areas is an important measure of the company's strategic layout. After the capacity upgrade of Cixi Binhai Development Zone, the overall annual production capacity of the company will increase by more than 30%, which can better meet the growing order demand of the global market and lay a solid foundation for the company to expand into new markets and serve new customers."
